Request service or report a problem

Council operates an online request service for customers to report a problem or make an information request. If the problem is URGENT, please phone us on 06 765 6099 - 24 hours a day. If the problem is not urgent, please continue to submit your request to us using the online form.

Note: This online form is only monitored during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm)

For any requests for service that:

• require an immediate response
• pose a threat to public health or safety (Emergency Services ph: 111)
• are after hours and cannot wait
• noise control complaints
• dangerous or menacing animals
