Stratford District Library and Visitor Information Centre (isite) is a vibrant, busy community hub. In addition to a modern library service, residents and visitors can also access a wide range of travel information, booking services and complete NZTA transactions such as car registration and driver licensing.

- Get access to an extensive collection of books (including e-Books and e-Audiobooks), DVDs, newspapers, magazines, online resources and more!) Membership is open to Stratford District residents and ratepayers and visitors to the area.
- Public internet, printing and photocopying
- Digital support programmes
- School Holiday activities
- Tourist information related to the Stratford District, Taranaki and New Zealand.
- Commercial booking services
- Automobile Association (AA) touring agent, providing drivers license and vehicle licensing services. - operates Monday to Friday only
- Department of Conservation maps and Back Country Hut passes.
- Justice of the Peace service desk (Thursdays)
