Proposed Temporary Road Closure - Anzac Day 2025
Roading
Stratford District Council is proposing to close the following roads from 5.30am to 10am Friday 25 April 2025 for Anzac Day:
- Miranda Street between Fenton Street and Regan Street.
- Fenton Street from Broadway to the Malone Gates, and Portia Street from the Malone Gates to the TET Multi-Sports Centre carpark.
Detours will be signed and available for the duration of these proposed road closures.
Anyone who wishes to object to the closure must provide their reason in writing by 4.30pm Friday 28 February 2025 at the office of the Stratford District Council, 63 Miranda Street, or by emailing StratfordDC@stratford.govt.nz
