Meeting Schedule - April 2025

• Workshop: Tuesday 8 April at 1pm
• Public Forum (by request): Tuesday 8 April at 3pm. If you wish to speak, please submit an application form to the Chief Executive by 12 noon on Tuesday 1 April. Visit Stratford.govt.nz/PublicForum for more information.
• Council Meeting: Tuesday 8 April at 3.30pm. This meeting is to be held in Whangamōmona and will include community consultation on the Draft Annual Plan.
• Percy Thomson Trust: Thursday 17 April at 3pm, Stratford District Council Committee Room
• Workshop: Tuesday 29 April at 1pm
• Policy & Services Committee: Tuesday 29 April at 3pm

Stratford District Council meetings and workshops will be held in the Council Chambers on Miranda Street unless stated otherwise.

Changes to meeting times will be published in this Public Notice.
