Get the most out of your Antenno App

Our free Antenno app for android and apple devices is a great way to get council news and alerts, as well as make your own quick reports on community issues when you spot them.

We’ve got two handy tips for getting the most out of Antenno.

Add your home address and any other important Stratford addresses to Your Places in Antenno.

You can set more than one place, such as your home, workplace, and grandparents’ property, but your own home is the most important.

Some people skip this step, but it’s a crucial one. If there’s an issue that’s only affecting a small area, we may just send an alert out to people who have set one of their places as being within that area. We can target messages right down to street level.

Opt out of topics if they’re not relevant to you

You can adjust the topics you want to receive messages about for each of the addresses you set in Your Places.

Maybe you don’t want to receive bin reminders, or you only want water outage messages for your home address and not work, or you’re not interested in Grants and Funding information.

Just click on the bell icon to opt out.
