Renewal of a Club Licence - Stratford Cricket Club
SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012
Stratford Cricket Club Incorporated has applied to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence for their premises at Victoria Park, Cordelia Street, Stratford, known as Stratford Cricket Club.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Cricket Club. The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are from 1 September until 30 April each year, Monday to Sunday, from 11.00am until 12.00am (midnight).
The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.
No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
