• Public Forum (by request): Tuesday 12 November at 3pm. If you wish to speak, please submit an application form to the Chief Executive by 12 noon Tuesday 5 November. Visit Stratford.govt.nz/PublicForum for more information. If no requests are received and approved, the Public Forum will be cancelled.
• Council Meeting: Tuesday 12 November at 3.30pm
• Workshop: Tuesday 19 November at 1pm
• Audit and Risk Committee: Tuesday 19 November at 2pm
• Percy Thomson Trust Meeting: Thursday 21 November at 3pm in the Stratford District Council Committee Room
• Workshop: Tuesday 26 November at 2pm
• Policy & Services Committee: Tuesday 26 November at 3pm

Meetings and workshops will be held in the Council Chambers on Miranda Street, unless stated otherwise.
