Prospero Markets

The Prospero Market is a fun-filled community event held on the last Saturday of each month.

The market's held between between 9am – 12pm (summer hours) and 10am - 1pm (winter hours) in Prospero Place, Stratford.

The event supports small local businesses and has a range of goods from fresh produce to handmade crafts.

Becoming a Stallholder

Becoming a stall holder is a simple process, all you need to do is register your interest by filling out this form online. From there, someone will be in touch.

Food items

If you are offering food for sale you may be required to register your business under the Food Act 2014. Some businesses may be eligible for an exemption from registration. Please contact the Council offices to discuss your options. If you are currently registered with Stratford District Council or a Council from another region, please ensure your food license is clearly displayed. Please read this guidance by the Ministry of Primary Industries.
