Club X - Club licence renewal application

Club X Incorporated of 127 Cordelia Street, Stratford, has made an application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence in respect to the premises situated at 127 Cordelia Street, Stratford, known as Club X.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Social Bike Club. The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Monday to Sunday – 9.00am until 1.00am the following day.

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) or section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The date this notice was published is 11 February 2025. The objection period will expire on 18 March 2025.
