Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022
This year our annual residents survey is being conducted by Key Research, an independent research company, on our behalf.
People will be randomly selected from the electoral roll to take part in this survey. The survey is completely anonymous.
If you’re selected you will receive a letter from us sharing the link to the online survey or providing you with access to a print version of the survey. Letters are being sent out from 20 April 2022 and the survey is open until 31 May 2022.
If you get contacted about the survey, please do take the time to do it. It’s one of the ways we measure public satisfaction with Council services.
It tells us whether you think we’re spending money in the right places and on the right things, and helps to shape our community and make Stratford a better place to live.
Council’s business covers a wide range of activities and impacts your daily life more than you may realise. Roads, footpaths, wastewater, recycling, recreation facilities, animal control, building consents, policy development and town planning – that’s all us.
If you don’t get contacted to participate in the survey but you want to share your views on our services, you can complete the survey here.
Results from this link will be collated separately to those randomly selected to take part in the survey, but your answers and comments will still be shared with staff and elected members to consider in future planning and service delivery.
