2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Stratford residents can expect to receive a copy of this year’s Customer Satisfaction Survey over the next week.

Every year Stratford residents are invited to complete a survey which rates the satisfaction levels on services Council provides.

“The annual survey provides Council with invaluable information which tells us what we’re doing well and helps to identify those areas where we can improve the services provided to our community,” says Chief Executive Matt O’Mara.

Those who complete the survey, and provide their details, go in the draw to win one of three $100 Stratford Business Association Vouchers.

Surveys can be posted or dropped off until 30 June 2016, 4.30pm.

Responses from the surveys will be collated and analysed, with results from the survey being published later this year.
