Since the introduction of the revised Local Government Act in 2002, all councils have had to take a long-term view of their districts' needs and spending priorities.
An Annual Plan updates budgets, levels of service and performance measures and explains the reasons for any changes from what was in the Long Term Council Community Plan.
Council are currently reviewing the Draft Annual Plan for 2011/12. This document can be viewed here. For a copy of the submission form click here.
