Residents are being asked to have their say in the Stratford District Council’s annual customer satisfaction survey.

 Chief Executive Sven Hanne says the survey is an opportunity for residents to let the Council know how they have performed for the year.

“The information we gather from the survey helps us to identify what we are doing well and what we can improve, which is essential for forming our annual plan,” says Sven.

Those who complete the survey, and provide their contact details, go in the draw to win one of three $100 Stratford Business Association vouchers.

Surveys can be completed here, posted in the postage paid envelope supplied or dropped off to the Council’s Service Centre in Miranda Street.  

The survey closes at 4.30pm on 22 June 2017.
