LANE SWIMMING

FIFTIES FORWARD
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10.00am - 11.00am
Fifties Forward is a way to enjoy gentle exercise with your friends in a warm, safe atmosphere. An instructor does not take the lesson, but the Pool staff are always available to help if needed.
AQUAROBICS
Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am - 11.30am
Aquarobics is a safe, convenient way to get your exercise under the guidance of an experienced pool instructor.
PARTY HIRE
